People of all times and countries have always been concerned with the question of long live. This is proved by the hieroglyphs of Ancient Egypt and China, ancient monuments of India and Greece. To maintain healthy and long life a correct diet is needed. Philisophers and doctors of antiquity attached an enormous value to the honey, believing that adding it to the food can prolong human life. Quite often people who regularly eat honey reach a great age.

For a long time honey has been the basic source of sweetness for a man, therefore it left its mark on the menu of a European sweet buffet. Mainly honey was added to confectioneries (cakes, gingerbread and other). Also it was used in the Middle and Far East as a liquor for hot pastry like bakhlava. Soon, after sugar appeared on the market, the use of honey in ready-to-serve foods and pastry quickly grew short. But today, after estimating the maximal usefulness of honey in its vitamin and mineral mixture and the harm of refined food like sugar, people again turned to honey as the perfect natural product.

The recipes of the confectioneries, hot and cold honey drinks, fruit and vegetable meals with honey can be used daily, help to maintain the vitamin and mineral balance throughout a year and prolong live and youth.
